Simply Wood was founded on a passion for craftsmanship, inspired by a father who believed in creating by hand. The founder’s journey began as a Cub Scout, carving a soapbox derby car, and grew into a lifelong love for woodworking. In his twenties, he built his first custom piece—an oak chest from a tree lost to Hurricane Hugo—sparking a deeper dedication to the craft.

Now based in Tennessee, he designs and builds handcrafted furniture, from tables and beds to storage pieces and custom organizers. Each piece is made with care, precision, and a commitment to lasting quality, creating furniture that becomes part of a home for generations.
